Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Courses

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course lessons and have not taken the final exam.
• No refund after certificate issuance.

2. Program subscriptions

• Full refund within 7 days of the first subscription payment if program content has not been meaningfully consumed.
• Renewals may be cancelled any time before the renewal date; paid terms are not partially refunded once past the 7-day window.

3. How refunds are processed

Request via Support stating the order number. Approved refunds return via the original payment method, with a corresponding credit note to the tax invoice, within the payment provider's settlement times.

4. Platform-cancelled content

If the Platform removes a purchased course before you complete it for reasons not attributable to you, you receive a pro-rata or full refund.
